Lucent 2026
Schedule + Lineup

A NOTE TO CAREGIVERS…

Luce
nt is a family-friendly festival, and we love creating spaces where kids, tweens, and teens can explore, connect, move, learn, and play. Throughout the weekend, we offer a variety of youth-centered classes and activities, with volunteers helping to support and supervise during scheduled programming.

While we do our best to create opportunities for parents and caregivers to enjoy a class or two on their own, Lucent is not a daycare or childcare centre. Children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian throughout the weekend.

Our hope is that the kids’ offerings support the whole family experience — giving children meaningful ways to engage with the festival while also inviting parents and caregivers to connect, play, and be present with them along the way.

Our founder of Lucent will lovingly open and close the weekend with grounding practices designed to help us arrive, soften, connect, and integrate all that the festival offers. Through intention, breath, reflection, and embodied awareness, she will help create a container that feels rooted, welcoming, and meaningful from beginning to end.

Her steady energy is the heartbeat of the festival, holding the vision, care, and spirit that Lucent was built upon. These opening and closing moments invite us to land together, honour the community we are creating, and carry the magic of the weekend with us long after we leave the land.
