TICKETS & PASSES INFORMATION
We believe in choice, so we’ve created multiple ticket options to suit your needs for the 2025 festival!
Is there a day pass option?
Can’t stay overnight but still want to experience LUCENT?
We’ve got two Saturday-Only Pass options:
Saturday Full Pass – Includes all scheduled activities, classes, workshops, live music, the forest market, potluck, and access to the ranch. (No camping or Sunday activities.)
Saturday No Class Pass – Enjoy the opening ceremony, live music, forest market, potluck, and the ranch, but no scheduled classes or workshops. (No camping or Sunday activities.)
Can I transfer my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable, but if you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Just let us know ASAP by filling out the form below.
Can I come alone or with friends?
Absolutely! Whether you’re coming solo or with a crew, you’ll be part of the LUCENT family. Enjoy some solo time or meet new friends to add to your favorites list.
EVERYONE IS WELCOME + BELONGS HERE.
Bringing kids?
Yes! Children of all ages are welcome, and kids under 6 and elders over 65 attend for free. We love having little ones immersed in nature, surrounded by great people and lots of love. Volunteers will offer fun activities like:

Just a gentle reminder: Parents/guardians are responsible for their kids and encouraged to nurture kindness, gratitude, and joy.
CAMPING + ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
What are the camping options?
LUCENT is a BYOT (Bring Your Own Tent) experience—we do not provide tent rentals or bedding. All campers must have a festival ticket.
Car/van camping and small trailers (under 15 ft) are welcome.
Large trailers & RVs are not permitted.
When can I set up my campsite?
The festival grounds open for camping on Friday, August 7th. Campsites are first come, first served, so arrive early for the best spots.
GATES OPEN FRIDAY 5:30PM and close 10:00PM (please arrive within those times as we will need to direct you to camping)
No electrical hookups
There are water stations for washing up on-site.
Please note that this is not an official campground and therefore no designated sites but please mind the signage helping you navigate where to set up.
Are there washroom facilities?
Yes! We’ve got:
🚻 Outhouses & porta-loos available throughout the site.
🚿 No showers—but don’t worry, there’s a river nearby for a refreshing dip!
SCHEDULING + ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION
Where is the event located?
LUCENT 2026 will be hosted at Star 6 Ranch in Exshaw, Alberta.
Upon ticket registration, you’ll receive detailed directions and maps.
💡 Important: Read ALL festival emails leading up to the event to stay updated and avoid getting lost!
When do the festivities & classes start and end?
Friday Night: Gates open at 5:30PM - We highly reccommend coming for the live music & connection time and set up your tents before dark.
Saturday: All scheduled activities begin at 8:00 AM.
Sunday: Festivities wrap up by 12:00 PM, pack up and leave by 1:30pm
📅 The full schedule will be available soon via website and social media.NO REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED for classes / workshops please come + go respectfully as you need / wish.
COMMUNITY POTLUCK MEAL
One of the most-loved traditions at LUCENT! 🌿🥗 Bring a dish to share at the Saturday evening potluck if you’d like to eat as a community. If not, no worries—you’re welcome to opt out.
🔥 BBQ on-site for anyone who needs it.
⚠️ Please be mindful of allergies & food intolerances—everyone is responsible for their own food choices.
FOOD & SNACKS 🍎🥪
Bring your own food & snacks. Keep in mind:
Keep items in your vehicle when possible and overnight as we are in bear country.
Leave no trace—pack out what you pack in & bring reusable containers, waterbottles, cutlery and serving ware.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES 🍷
Alcohol is permitted but NOT sold on-site. BYO & please please drink responsibly.
WHAT TO BRING? 🎒
Some of our festival must-haves:
✅ Camping & sleeping gear (Flashlight/headlamp = essential!)
✅ Food & beverages (Avoid glass OR handle with care)
✅ WATER! On-site water is non-potable, so bring large jugs—NO single-use plastic bottles.
✅ Coffee/tea drinkers: Bring a mug—we’ll have coffee for sale, but NO disposable cups.
✅ Portable charging bank 🔋(optional of course - we encourage disconnecting)
✅ Reusable water bottle, culterly and dishes
✅ Yoga mat & towel
✅ Picnic blanket, lawn/camp chairs, or hammock
✅ Musical instruments if you want to jam with the bands 🎸🎶
✅ Layered, warm & waterproof clothing (Nights can be chilly!)
✅ Sun protection (Slip, slop, slap! ☀️)
✅ Open mind & bright spirit ✨
WHAT NOT TO BRING 🚫

❌ No illegal substances
❌ No weapons
❌ No bad attitudes
❌ No pets (sorry!)
