    Start your festival experience with presence and purpose. In this grounding session, we’ll reflect, move and drop into simple practices to help you feel centered and clear. We’ll explore the difference between intention and expectation, and how set and setting—your inner state and outer environment—shape your experience. Come as you are to reconnect, reflect and honour your unique rhythm. Please bring a pen and journal.

    Buti Yoga is a dynamic practice that moves stuck energy through the body leaving you feeling empowered and rejuvenated. Buti combines power flow asana (yoga postures) with movement, strength and conditioning, cardio dance, deep abdominal core work, and vibrational shaking. That being said you take what you need and leave what you don't. This practice is a love letter to your body.

    A calming and restorative practice designed to promote connection, healing, relaxation, and body alignment through gentle acroyoga poses, and mindful movement. This class combines partner massage and the therapeutic benefits of AcroYoga with acroyoga movement. It’s perfect for those looking to release tension, reduce stress, improve flexibility, and experience emotional and physical healing in a supportive environment with some playful and fun partner movement.

    Mobili-Tea is a class experience with connection at its core. We will use movement as medicine while intentionally connecting to both our physical and spiritual body, and to each other. Participants will align and bear witness within sacred circle and tea ceremony before entering into a guided personal mobility method designed to facilitate energy transformation and optimize flow within the body and mind.

    An immersive experience exploring how the elements—earth, water, fire, air, and ether—can help us move emotions through the body. Through guided practices, you'll work with each element to release what no longer serves you. The workshop concludes with a cleansing ritual using herb-infused water, offering a tangible, symbolic release and a sense of renewal—leaving you feeling clear, grounded, and reborn.

    A gentle, guided sensory immersion in nature designed for all ages. This slow and mindful walk (no more than 1km) includes invitations to move or be still, connect with the natural world, and tune into your senses. We’ll pause for short, optional sharing circles throughout and conclude with a calming tea ceremony and light snack to engage the sense of taste.

    Multiple times throughout the Saturday

    Take a walk through the heart of Star 6 Ranch and discover the land’s story of regeneration and care. Learn about the holistic and Indigenous-informed techniques used to restore native grasses, support biodiversity, and heal the land through intentional stewardship. Along the way, you’ll connect with the animals, explore the natural beauty of the ranch, and gain insight into how this land is being lovingly brought back to life.

In this outdoor session, we’ll use walking, movement, and breathwork to let go of what’s been building up and reconnect with what’s real. Through nature and mindful movement, you’ll learn how to listen inward, move through what you’re feeling, and create space for calm, confidence, and clarity.
